Team Practices
Hockey players’ skills – skating, shooting, passing, and stick handling – are developed during practice, not games! Each player’s skills must regularly be worked on, assessed and built upon to improve. By isolating fundamental skills and building a progressive growth model, skills are developed over time.
We will construct and implement skill development training sessions that are focused on the specific needs of your team/players during your team’s practice time. Our main goal is to improve the individual fundamental skills of your players; however, team practices can also include offensive & defensive specific instruction, small area games and battle drills, and game-play strategies.
Regardless of your team’s age or skill level we can help improve your players’ skills and understanding of the game so that your team is competing at its highest level!
