Designed with the best interests of local hockey player development, Quest Hockey’s annual 4-on-4 Summer League provides young athletes with a fun, safe environment to build confidence on the ice with friends!
Quest Hockey’s 4-on-4 format provides players with more time and space to possess the puck, generate speed, and create offense with smart, effective decisions with and without the puck.
But unlike typical summer 3-on-3 hockey, which promotes bad habits like cherry-picking and offsides, Quest Hockey’s 4-on-4 league enforces USA hockey rules like offsides and icing, promoting puck possession, support, and creativity.
Also, 14U and older players benefit from a break from the physical regular-season grind as Quest Hockey‘s 4-on-4 league is strictly non-checking across all age and skill divisions.
Plus, when else do you get to pick your teammates and build a roster of friends?!
